2. When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund

You are entitled to an immediate 100% refund or balance credit under the following circumstances:

  • Service Failure / Timeout: If the external carrier or OEM registry is temporarily offline and your report cannot be generated within 60 seconds.
  • Invalid Response: If the database returns an unparseable or failed response, your credits or payment are never consumed.
  • Duplicate Charges: In the event of an accidental double charge caused by network retries or gateway latency, the duplicate payment is promptly refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Because IMEI checks consume real-time third-party computing resources upon query submission, refunds cannot be granted in the following cases:

  • Unfavorable Results: If a report successfully returns that an iPhone has "iCloud ON", "Blacklist: Blocked", or "Carrier: Locked", the service has performed its intended inspection accurately and is therefore non-refundable.
  • User-Supplied Incorrect IMEI: If an inaccurate 15-digit IMEI or serial number was entered by the user and processed by the registry.
